XMAS PEARBLOCK – Wood Toys by Pepe Hiller (Limited Series/ WIP 02)

Ok i’m late as usual but i’ve worked today on my small series of XMAS PEARBLOCK’s. I droped the arms because they where to small for my taste, i’m fine with only the two wings on the back of the body.

All the pieces are now finished with semigloss varnish. Still have to assemble them and have to find a nice gift packaging solution…no idea about this, very simple i think. For branding them i’m too late, time is running out. Srry for the blurry cell phone pics, i’ll update the blog with better pic’s of this series when Christmas is over.

Last month I had so much work to do in the model building studio and nighttimes i was more on the painting-some-stuff-wave. Finally I’m ready again to work on my toys and I’m really enjoying it to work with wood. It’s such a wonderfull material and it offers so many ways to cut, drill, mill or carve some nice toys out of it.
